  • AC Fresh tablets have been tested against virucidal activity against all enveloped viruses according to European Standard EN 14476:2013+A2:2019. Virucidal activity against all enveloped viruses like HBV, HCV, HIV as well as members of other virus families such as orthomyxoviridae (incl. all human influenza viruses), coronaviridae (like MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 – virus responsible for Covid 19 disease) and filoviridae including Ebola virus. We are able to confirm that our chlorine tablets (AC Fresh) passed the aforementioned test at 50 ppm and 1 minute contact time under clean conditions.

OUR STORY

Our Air Conditioning company has been in operation since 2004.

The inspiration for AC Fresh came when working on a smelly AC unit a number of years ago. Having used various different chemicals, nothing removed the smell!

And so, in 2012 AC Fresh was born.

Our newly-developed product was used to treat this problematic unit and countless others since.

We now use AC Fresh as part of our routine maintenance schedule, and have had no complaints of smelly AC units since!

AC Fresh has been used on thousands of units over the years, with no detrimental effects on any parts of the systems - including pumps and drains.

AC Fresh is intentionally  fragrance free as there is no point trying to mask a bad smell. We want to eliminate it!

From an environmental point of view, I have long been frustrated by the world’s wasteful use of plastic. Cleaning products are generally mostly water, and lots of packaging is needed to carry that water!

AC Fresh tablets go a long way to reducing plastic waste and carbon emissions. Packaging and transportation are minimised by using the water that is freely available out of a tap.
